Do I need an ESTA?

1. Yes if your trip is for 90 days or less and is for business or pleasure.
2. Yes if you're arriving by plane or cruise ship – you don’t need an ESTA if you’re driving into the US from Mexico or Canada.
WHAT IS THE ESTA?
To strengthen the security of travel to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program, requirements to travel visa-free have been enhanced. Nationals of Visa Waiver Program countries will still be eligible to travel without a visa but will have to obtain an approved travel authorization prior to their travel to the United States.
When will I receive the document?
In 90% of cases you will receive it in less than 6H but it could take up to 72H. You will receive it in your email in PDF format.
HOW MUCH IS THIS?
TThe total cost of the service are $74 and include the government tax rate and the payment transaction fee. If for any reason the request is denied, we will refund you the money automatically.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN ESTA AND A VISA?
An approved travel authorization is not a visa. It does not meet the legal or regulatory requirements to serve in lieu of a United States visa when a visa is required under United States law.
